I started my career as “Executive – Transactions” with a real estate company Fortune Props in Bangalore after my graduation. This company is dealing with commercial office space consulting service for different clients in Bangalore. We have a huge database of various commercial properties available for sales and rental in Bangalore. Understanding the clients requirement we offer them different kinds of properties in their specified area depending upon availablity. Me being a junior executive my I will be assisting the seniors by taking the clients to the respective properties. My major responsibility is to travel around the urban bengaluru in search of available commercial spaces so that our database gets maximum updated information. This will help us better cater our clients based on their requirements.
After an year with this company, I moved out to do my MBA full time from Kristu Jayanti College Bangalore. Immediately after my MBA, I joined Global Props Bangalore as Manager-Transactions. Here my responsibility has changed and I mostly cater to the clients for their property requirements. I meet the clients and after understanding their requirement, take them for a property visit to various available spaces. Once they got interested with a property, we will arrange a meeting with the landlord and after some negotiations, if both the parties agree will document the deal with an agreement. For this service we will charge the landlord and client an agreed transaction fee.
